2015-02-18_1506So you’ve purchased a new entertainment system and are ready to get it setup in the perfect spot. The only issue is the tangled mess that comes along with it. Leaving wiring hanging loosely around the television can tear apart the aesthetics of a room. By taking the time to neatly organize the wires can make a huge impact.

Organization

A simple yet mundane task is to use cable ties, cord catchers or another cheap applicator to neatly tie up the wires. Each bundle of cable can be setup behind your components to avoid visibility. In some cases, consider implementing cable tacks and screw hooks to organize and hide wires.

Hide the Cables

Once all the wires are neatly tied together, the next step is to carefully hide them. For example, sleek televisions that are mounted against the wall generally have a component that allows the wires to easily be hidden. Cables can also be run along specially designed corridors which can match the color of the wall.

Relocate all Components

The most aesthetically pleasing setup is to of course, hide all wires. If you have chosen a device that needs to be mounted on the wall, keep in mind that this is a very rigorous process. Contact the professional electricians at Cardoso Electrical to ensure all the wiring is run properly. We offer 24 hour emergency electrical services as well as commercial and industrial electricians.
