What Happens During Mold Removal?

Preparation
Before starting the mold removal process, our team will come in and lay plastic on your floors before suiting up. This allows us to keep your home as clean as possible during the remediation process.
Removing the Mold
Once suited up, our team will spray the mold with biocide, an EPA-approved liquid that kills mold. We will let this sit and will come up and spray the mold area with Encapsulant. Encapsulant will help remove any remaining mold spores that the biocide did not kill and will help ensure no additional mold grows in the area.
